The launch of EDCOIN Decentralized Finance will enable people everywhere to quickly, cheaply, safely and seamlessly stake, lend or trade their assets. The team, led by Mr. Sam Low, Founder and Chairman of EDMARK Group, is made up of seasoned business and technology professionals spread across over 30 countries. EDCOIN aims to give financial control back to the people to store and grow wealth with zero interference from traditional financial systems. EDCOIN token holders, among other things, will have access to the entire EDMARK health & wellness product ecosystem including the EDMARK City real estate development projects starting with the first phase located at Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria.

Sam Low

Chairman/ CEO

Overseeing the whole operation of Edmark International branches in East, West and South Africa, Middle East, Europe and Malaysia. He is an innovator and entrepreneur with 20 years in business leadership and has vast experience in business formation, operation, finance, and management.

Philip Lim

Chief Business Development Officer

Graduate in University Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) with a degree of Bachelor in Computer Science. He has since specialized in programming and project management, and is in charge of overseeing the development of various Edmark Group of Companies technological projects.

Siew Chee Soon

Chief Technology Officer

A government national scholar who graduated in University of Makati (UMAK) with degrees in Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting and Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. He previously worked in Government, Audit and Academe where he earned 9 years of experience in business strategy, finance and compliance. Andrei is one with a knack for developing a trusting business relationship that will last for years.

Project Manager

Web Developer with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. She played a key role in a series of successful projects by the Edmark Group of Companies.

Kristine Villalino

Web Developer

A collaborative UI/UX Designer of ED2E Technologies Ltd. with proven knowledge of interface design; closely working with developers, project managers, test engineers and marketing to create amazing user interfaces and experience for mobile apps and websites.

Tweety Fae Boboyo

UI/UX Designer

An experienced businessman and legal consultant for the past 30 years. He holds a degree of Bachelor of Law from University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is the Company Secretary and Legal Consultant for Edmark Group of Companies.
